SETTING UP EMAIL ON YOUR MOBILE DEVICE

This is what I have in my Samsung mobile

Server Settings: mail.yourdomainname.co.uk

port: 110

auto delete: never

security type: SSL (accept all certificates)

port: 465

Select Settings from the home screen of your iPhone

Choose Mail, Contacts, Calendars and click Add Account

Choose Other from the list that appears

Select Add Mail Account. In the New Account menu, you will need to specify the following records:

Name – your name (will appear as sender name)

Address – your full email address, as created

Password – the password for this email address

Description – lets you specify any description (we suggest you use your email address)

Click Next.

Select protocol type: IMAP or POP3. We advise you to use IMAP. Your selection will be highlighted in blue.

Settings are the same for both IMAP and POP3:

Name, Address and Description: should have been already filled in

Hostname: incoming/outgoing server -  mail.domain or zeus.ukwebsolutionsdirect.com

User Name: your email address

Password: password for your email

When the checks are finished, you'll be redirected to the Mail, Contacts, Calendars screen. Choose your newly created account there

Scroll down and select Advanced

Here you can choose additional settings for IMAP or POP3

If you set IMAP connection, you need to use port 993 (with SSL) and Authentication - Password

In order to set up additional settings for the outgoing server, you will need to return to the previous menu and then go to Outgoing Mail Server by clicking on the hostname of the server

For Outgoing Server (SMTP), select port 465 or 587 (with SSL) and Authentication - Password

Once the settings are verified, your account is active and ready to use. To test your new email account, go to Messages and try sending and receiving emails.

. Sometimes it is required that the mail client is restarted for the settings to be applied.

If it still doesn't work change hostname to 
zeus.ukwebsolutionsdirect.com

Give it a try and everything should work as expected.

Entering your email settings in the Mail client:

Go to Settings > Mail, then tap Accounts.

Tap Add Account, tap Other, then tap Add Mail Account.

Enter your name, email address, password and a description for your account.

In the next screen we suggest you to select IMAP (IMAP stores the emails on the server/ POP or POP3 downloads the emails on the device and deletes them from the server)

For the incoming mail server use the following details:

Hostname: mail.domain or zeus.ukwebsolutionsdirect.com

Username: the email address

Password: the password of the email address

For the outgoing mail server use the following details:

Hostname: mail.domain or zeus.ukwebsolutionsdirect.com

Username: the email address

Password: the password of the email address

After the account is added, click on save button.

We suggest to restart the Mail application and reboot the device.

If the issue persists, it is possible that their IPv4 addresses have been blocked by the firewall for multiple failed logins.

You can provide us their IPv4 addresses and we will whitelist them.
